Outbound Sales Customer Service Executive - Haydock - Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00 - 37.5 hours per week

We are looking for a skilled Outbound Sales Customer Service Executive to work as part of our Training Department to promote both products and services. We are seeking an outgoing person with a real drive to generate revenue.
What Youll Need
* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
* Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
* Achieve or exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs (calls, conversions, revenue).
* Follow up on leads and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle along with upselling or cross-sell additional services based on customer profiles and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
* Address customer concerns or hesitations effectively to close deals.
* Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to promote products/services, while handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Answer customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, promotions, and policies.
* Alert the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
* Let customers know about other products the company offers.
* Achieve client relationship targets and KPIs as set by the business.
* Work closely with Account Managers and Sales Managers.
* Escalate areas of concern as raised by clients.
* Pass leads to the sales team and follow up on progress.
