Summary/Overview
The Sustainability Data and Technology Program is a bank-wide initiative to deliver a strategic solution for Environmental, Social, and Governance data across Deutsche Bank. It is a key part of the Sustainability Strategy.
As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Data Team, responsible for reviewing business use cases, gathering and documenting requirements, defining high-level implementation steps, and creating business user stories. You will work closely with the Product Owner and development teams to ensure that requirements align with business needs and technical standards.

Your key responsibilities
* Perform data analysis for completeness, transformation, and validation
* Analyze structured data for quality and accuracy
* Design data mapping to transform source data for reporting
* Ensure solutions align with strategic product and data frameworks
* Define acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing
* Coordinate with stakeholders, project management, and engineering teams
Your skills and experience
* Extensive business analyst experience in banking, covering full project lifecycle
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency with business analysis tools like Jira and Confluence
* Experience querying large datasets (e.g., SQL)
* Effective in virtual and matrix team environments
* Relevant project/business analysis qualifications preferred (e.g., PMI, Prince2)
