Pre‑Sales Customer Solutions Engineer Role

You’ll sit at the heart of the Sales Team – translating complex challenges into clear, compelling solutions, creating unforgettable demos, and driving adoption. Your insights, creativity and communication skills will directly impact customer success and company growth.

What We Need From You

* Excellent communication with customers and internal teams; able to say no when it’s right.
* Strong relationship builder – personable, empathetic, and able to understand customer needs.
* Curious, eager to learn and stay current with technology and industry trends.
* Proactive problem‑solver with technical confidence and quick learning of new technologies.
* Willingness to travel for on‑site customer work.
* Comfortable with Office 365.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in sales engineering or technical pre‑sales within tech.
* Strong communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex concepts to any audience.
* Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities.
* Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
* Knowledge or exposure to the legal industry is a plus.
