There are varying duties included as part of working within the Disabled Children's Referral and Access Team, which acts as the front door to accessing specialist disability services. Tasks include completion of eligibility and child and family assessments, safeguarding investigations, statutory child seen visits, being on duty completing necessary tasks within the office and in practice. This team is countywide and supports children from 0-19.
