We are representing a forward-thinking Local Authority in the North West of England seeking a Principal Property Lawyer to manage their busy caseload. This isn't just \"business as usual\"; you will be the legal architect behind major urban regeneration and complex, often high-value, property-related disputes for the Council.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
* A Senior qualified UK Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with a proven track record in Public Sector Property Law.
* Minimum 3+ PQE.
* Someone who thrives on autonomy and can hit the ground running from Day 1.
* A natural communicator who can translate \"legalese\" into actionable advice for non-legal departments.
