Ward Manager – Warwickshire Hospital (Full‑time)
Salary: Up to £57,324 per annum (depending on experience). Working hours: 37.5 hours per week.
We are looking for a Ward Manager to help build a healthier nation. You will bring RGN qualification with NMC registration, a mentorship qualification and experience as a Junior Sister, Charge Nurse or Ward Manager. You are organised, highly motivated, engaged and possess strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities
* Manage the day‑to‑day running of the ward department.
* Lead a team of highly qualified nurses.
* Ensure we deliver excellent patient care.
* Use your existing knowledge to shape a superior patient experience.
Qualifications
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMC registration.
* Mentorship qualification.
* Prior experience as a Junior Sister, Charge Nurse or Ward Manager.
* Strong organisational, motivation and leadership skills.

Location
Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital, located on the outskirts of Leamington Spa, accessible by rail and road. Serves patients from Leamington Spa, Coventry, Kenilworth, Stratford and surrounding areas.
