Overview
Health Economics and Outcomes Research Manager — 7-month fixed-term contract. Hybrid working: 2 days in the office.
Core Responsibilities
* Develop HTA strategies aligned with brand plans, create outcomes research plans with strategic imperatives, and identify research priorities to address evidence gaps.
* Evidence Generation: Oversee the generation of evidence through clinical trials, observational studies, systematic literature reviews, and health economic modelling.
* Lead and manage the development and submission of evidence dossiers to key stakeholders and regulatory bodies like NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence).
* Cross-functional Leadership: Matrix-lead and support multi-disciplinary research teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Manage consultations and communicate evidence to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring UK needs are understood and prioritized globally.
* Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in economic modelling, real-world data, and outcomes research methods.
