Alcedo Care are currently recruiting for Weekend Care Assistants in the Skelmersdale and surrounding areas. Are you passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives? You must also hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle. This Role Will Include
* Providing personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
* Supporting clients with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment and techniques
* Administering and documenting medication
* Documenting care activities and reporting changes in conditions
