Youll be a great communicator as youll liaise with customers and Work Planners to ensure the Planned and Responsive works you do provide a great customer experience by being on time and to a high standard. You'll also be happy to pitch in with the team and assist with other duties if needed.
To be considered youll need to have:
Minimum NVQ level 2 (or City & Guilds) in Fenestration or Carpentry & Joinery
Knowledge and experience of Health & Safety issues relating to repairs & maintenance & construction trades.
A full UK driving licence

To carry replacement of windows and doors and other fenestration works, multi-skilled work such as repairing gutters, window and door repairs and making good to areas when disturbed by installations, in and around domestic properties:
Minimise disruption to customers and ensure compliance with safe methods of working in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act, Building Regulations & FHGs Health, Safety and Environment Policy.
Attend pre-arranged planned, responsive or void appointments to carry out work or contact customers directly to make access arrangements.
Youll have access to one of our company vans for visiting homes and youll love the variety this role brings. Above all youll take pride in a job well done, knowing that youve made a real difference to our customers.

Your weekly hours of work would be37,Mon - Thurs 8:00am till 4:00pm, Fri 8:00am till 3:30pm with 30 minutes break for lunch break, paid monthly.You'll also get 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and concessionary days holiday at Christmas.
