What You’ll Do
As our Growth Marketing Associate, you'll help us bring WORK-SELF to life in the world by:
* Leading weekly email marketing campaigns (especially our Rituals for Reinvention program)
* Managing our social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, and eventually TikTok)
* Aggressive prospecting and target audiences contact lists assembly, proficiency with automated marketing tools and systems
* Building and testing landing pages for product launches and community growth
* Co-creating with our founder and brand team on new content, prompts, and visual assets
* Interviewing users and customers to find insights and surface their voices
* Helping shape the go-to-market strategy for our Career OS, Residency, and Ritual Kits
* Running small experiments (from paid media to community referrals) to find signal in the noise
What We’re Looking For
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all resumes. What we care about:
* 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand, or content creation (startup, creative agency, editorial, or personal project)
* Excellent writing skills across formats (email, short copy, social, landing pages)
* A feel for design and storytelling (you don’t need to be a designer, but you have taste)
* Comfortable with tools like Active Campaign, HeyReach, Canva, Figma, Substack, and basic analytics
* A passion for self-development, creativity, or career transformation
Bonus: You've built an audience, published a blog/newsletter, or led a personal project that resonates.
A Day in the Life
* Morning: Check in with the founder + creative team, sync on this week’s sprint
* Midday: Draft and ship a short-form Rituals email to 10,000 subscribers
* Afternoon: Interview a user and turn their story into a short social post
* Late-day: Test a landing page headline variation or help prep next launch strategy doc
* Ongoing: Collaborate async, share your reflections in our #rituals Slack thread, and join optional journaling sprints
