About The Company:
This growing independent agency delivers performance-driven Paid Media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon. With clients in ecommerce, DTC, FMCG, and travel, their approach is strategic, hands-on, and results-focused. The team is tight-knit, remote-flexible, and based in London.
They’re now hiring a capable Paid Media Manager to lead client relationships and drive growth through Search and/or Social campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, launch, and manage Paid Media campaigns with a focus on performance metrics.
* Lead client relationships, calls, and reporting with confidence and clarity.
* Optimise campaigns for KPIs like CPA, ROAS, and CAC using data insights.
* Collaborate with internal teams to execute strategy and troubleshoot effectively.
* Mentor junior team members and support their development.
Essential Experience:
* 2 - 3 years’ hands-on experience in Paid Search and/or Paid Social (Google/META).
* Strong track record managing ecommerce or DTC campaigns focused on sales performance.
* Confident leading client comms and delivering campaign strategies.
* Skilled in campaign execution, data analysis, and reporting tools like Looker Studio.
* Bonus: experience with Shopify, Google Merchant Centre or product feeds.
Salary: £35,000 - £42,000
