Job Overview
Tanners Wines is currently seeking a temporary full-time Website Assistant to join our team. This is a dynamic and hands-on role suited to someone with a broad range of digital, administrative, and customer support skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and fulfilling orders via our Shopify eCommerce platform
* Troubleshooting and resolving any failed order integrations
* Providing responsive and professional customer support for online shoppers
* Assisting with social media administration
* Supporting the creation and optimisation of product data, including imagery and written content
* Coordinating with internal and external photographers, as well as managing digital assets (resizing, labelling, storing)
Desirable Skills:
* Basic graphic design and editing skills using Adobe Suite / Canva (for images and short videos)
* Interest or experience in photography
* Proficient working knowledge of Excel
What You Should Know:
* This is a full-time temporary position
* Wine knowledge is not essential in this role, however a keen interest in learning about wine will stand you in good stead and enable you to fulfil your role more effectively
* Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
* You'll need to be organised, creative, efficient, and a reliable team player
* A positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to get involved in a variety of tasks are key
* A full, clean driving licence is required
* You will report directly to the eCommerce Manager
