Company Description
We're a growing, well-regarded audio-visual company delivering high-end home cinemas and smart home automation systems. We're looking for a hands-on Operations & Project Delivery Manager to run projects from start to finish.
Most projects are situated within the Home Counties and London area.

The role
You'll manage projects from client onboarding through to final handover:
Main point of contact once a project goes live
Client meetings and site visits
Checking designs, paperwork, and site documentation
Procuring equipment and materials
Scheduling labour, installs, and deliveries
Keeping project files updated for invoicing
Coordinating engineers, suppliers, and timelines
Managing progress through to commissioning and handover
In short: you make sure projects run smoothly, stay on track, and finish well.
About you
Experience in project delivery or operations
AV, engineering, construction, or technical background ideal
Ex-engineers stepping up into project roles very welcome
Organised, calm, and good with clients
Enjoys responsibility, seeing things through and process driven
Must be able to drive (non-negotiable)
Must live within a minimum of 90 mins drive time of Hersham in Surrey
