Job Title: Employment Tax Senior Manager
Location: City of London - 2 days in office, 3 days from home

An established and growing tax team is seeking an experienced Employment Tax Senior Manager to play a key role in delivering specialist advice to a diverse client base while helping to drive the continued expansion of a highly regarded Employer Services offering. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious employment tax professional looking to step into a more visible, advisory-focused position within a firm that is investing heavily in its people, services and future growth.
The Opportunity:
Working closely with Tax, Legal, Payroll, HR and Global Mobility specialists, you'll advise clients across a wide range of sectors on complex employment tax matters while building long-term trusted relationships. Your work will include:
* Advising on PAYE, National Insurance and employment status matters
* Supporting clients through HMRC enquiries, reviews and investigations
* Providing guidance on benefits, P11Ds and PAYE Settlement Agreements
* Advising on global mobility and expatriate tax issues
* Supporting employee share scheme compliance and reporting
* Conducting PAYE health checks and risk reviews
* Working with international teams on cross-border employment tax matters
* Alongside client delivery, you'll mentor and develop junior team members, contribute to business development initiatives and work closely with senior leadership on strategic client projects.
About You:
* Strong experience across employment taxes, PAYE and benefits compliance
* Knowledge of global mobility, expatriate taxation and share schemes
* Experience dealing directly with HMRC enquiries and investigations
* A commercial mindset and ability to provide practical client-focused advice
* Previous experience mentoring or managing junior team members
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
