Position Overview
As a US/UK Tax Manager (HNW), you are expected to manage a comprehensive client list, provide line management, and contribute significantly to the operational success of the firm through participation in Management Committee Meetings and leadership roles. Your main responsibility will be advising clients on their tax affairs. Ideally, you are already in a managerial role or aspiring to be one. You will be part of the management team, involved in work planning, appraisals, and guiding junior team members on technical and daily matters.
Qualifications and Development
A qualification such as an ACA/ATT/CTA is essential. Mentorship by senior management will support your soft skills development, including client and staff management. Personal coaching will be available to help you progress towards roles such as Director or Partner.
