You will be responsible for creating innovative seasonal menus using the best locally sourced produce, while maintaining tight control of food margins, labour costs, and overall kitchen performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background within high-volume, quality-led hotels and currently be operating at Head Chef or Executive Head Chef level. Experience managing multiple food outlets alongside substantial banqueting and events is essential, as is a proven ability to lead teams, maintain exceptional standards, and deliver strong commercial results.
