Land Buyer
Deverellsmith has partnered with a well-funded SME Developer based in North London. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience by working closely with and reporting directly to the founder of the business.
The Role:
1. Conduct market research through site visits and evaluations of target locations.
2. Support the team in identifying suitable land acquisition opportunities.
3. Participate in meetings with vendors and agents.
4. Cultivate relationships and expand your professional network within the industry.
5. Assist with appraisals, planning, market analysis, and due diligence processes.
Requirements:
6. Self-motivated, tenacious, and confident property professional.
7. Background in agency or transactional roles.
8. Previous experience on either the agency or client side.
9. Proficient in Excel, particularly in running appraisals.
