What We’re Looking For NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, plus good literacy and numeracy skills. Experience in a classroom or learning support role. Confidence supporting pupils with SEND, EAL, or complex needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Organised, adaptable, and committed to helping every child thrive.
