Import Junior Merchandiser
Flair Rugs is seeking an organised and proactive Import Junior Merchandiser to join our Merchandise team at our offices in Glossop. You’ll manage the journey of our products from order to arrival, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to make sure everything lands on time and in full.
If you’re detail-focused, confident with data and great at juggling priorities, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-moving, supportive team that collectively work to bring Flair’s vision to life.
We’re Purpose-Driven. Since 1984, we’ve grown to become the largest in our sector and we’ve carried the same spirit with us every step of the way. We’re proud of our diverse, passionate team and the way we collaborate to make things happen. Our carefully crafted rugs are the centrepieces that bring rooms and people together. And that togetherness is the very essence of who we are.
You’ll Grow With Us. You’ll learn the full end-to-end process of merchandising from ordering and container planning to stock flow and supplier performance. We’ll support your development, whether you’re building on past experience or stepping up to take on more responsibility. There’s plenty of room to grow here.
Your Voice Matters. We value people who speak up, solve problems, and make things better. If you’re someone who spots the small things before they become big issues and you’re not afraid to take initiative, you’ll feel right at home on the team.
Bring your Flair. You’re highly organised, great with numbers, and comfortable working at pace. You enjoy being at the centre of things - liaising with suppliers, tracking deliveries, and keeping a close eye on the data. You don’t just stay on top of your workload, you’re always looking to improve how things are done.
