Due to the growing nature of the practice, we are inviting applications from suitably experienced individuals to join our vibrant and motivated administrative team in the role of Medical Administrator/Receptionist within our Lanarkshire practice site Coatbank Medical Practice.
As first point of contact for our patients, healthcare professional colleagues and other stakeholders, either in person or by telephone, your duties will include dealing with telephone enquiries, making appointments, processing prescription requests, working in conjunction with our workflow optimisation team to manage actions from incoming mail and assisting patients to ensure they are able to access the right care at the right place at the right time.
We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication and organisational skills. Applicants must have the ability to adapt and multi skill in a very busy environment with ever changing priorities. Experience of working within a GP practice or a customer services/front of house role is desirable.
Shift pattern will be Monday-Friday.
