About the Role We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly early years team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality care and education within an EYFS setting. Key Responsibilities * Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0–5 * Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS * Observe, assess, and record children’s progress and development * Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues * Maintain safeguarding, health, and safety standards at all times Requirements * Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential) * Good knowledge of the EYFS framework * Strong communication and teamwork skills * A caring, reliable, and professional approach * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one What We Offer * 30–34 hours per week * Supportive and welcoming working environment * Ongoing training and professional development * Competitive salary and benefits
