SDR – Sales Development Representative
## About the role
We are seeking a hungry, driven SDR with a proven track record in SaaS sales to generate and qualify new business opportunities. You’ll operate across omni‑channel outbound and inbound activities, focusing on B2B segments to fuel the sales pipeline and support the account executives.
## Key responsibilities
Conduct high-volume prospecting across multiple channels (phone, email, social, and messaging) to generate qualified opportunities.
Maintain a strong, on‑target record of achieving sales targets and contributing to quarterly and annual growth.
Qualify inbound leads and rapidly move opportunities through the sales funnel.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline by consistently following up with leads and opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective outreach campaigns.
Practise consultative selling to understand customer needs and map them to our SaaS solutions.
Maintain accurate and timely CRM data (activity logs, contact details, status updates, and forecasting).
Prepare and deliver compelling discovery calls and brief briefs to account executives.
## Qualifications
Proven experience in SaaS sales or a similar B2B environment.
Demonstrable record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong experience with omni‑channel outreach and cold calling.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self‑starter with a hungry, driven attitude and a high level of resilience.
Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tech.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
## Nice to have
Prior experience selling to mid‑market or enterprise customers.
Knowledge of the specific SaaS domain or industry verticals relevant to the company.
