* Position: Part-Time House Manager
* Location: Clements Court, Watford
* Working Hours: Monday - Friday 0900 - 1300
* Salary: £13,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details: Built in 2003, Clements Court is a later living residential development located in Watford. The development consists of 23 1&2 bedroom apartments, a lift service, residents lounge, laundry room and is surrounded by beautiful gardens.


Key Responsibilities and Requirements

* Provide exceptional customer service to the residents, guests, and visitors by being attentive, visible, and interactive. You will conduct site walkarounds, ensuring you take the time to meet/greet and communicate with residents.
* You will manage front desk duties such as parcels, keys, dealing with resident queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
* You'll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate, and inspire others.
* You will have a background working in a later living environment, and communicating with elderly residents/customers.
* You will have a good understanding of building safety, ensuring H&S compliance conducting site patrols, daily, weekly, and monthly checks.
* You have a good eye for detail and experience in conducting development inspections, reporting any defects and/or health and safety concerns, cleaning, and maintenance.
* You will be required to carry out ad-hoc simple maintenance tasks e.g., changing lightbulbs and light touch-ups of paintwork.
