Within that division, Consumer Channel Salesworks across the Windows + Devices product stack (Windows, Surface, M365) and partners with internal stakeholders and external retail partners to delight consumers and maximize mutual business results (revenue, margin, market share)maintainingthe highest ethical, compliance and security standards throughout.Andwith the advent of Copilot + PC’s and Neural Processing Unit (NPU), the world of personal computing will never be the same.
Finance at Microsoft interfaces across a broad intersection of business partners including Engineering, Marketing, Category Management, Sales, Data Science, Investments, Pricing/Deals and Supply Chain teams. The Windows and Devices Finance Team comprises of teams coveringaspectsof Sales, Revenue, Investments, Compete and Gross Marginfor ourvarious products & services.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
1. Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND extensive experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.
2. Experience in multinational finance functions working with complex matrixed organizations.
Preferred Qualifications:
3. Prior PC market and / or Consumer technology experience is highly desirable.
4. Mastery of complex analytics & modelling and ability to distill critical insights & decision points.
5. Strong process management– able to synthesize & simplify multiple deliverables into concise logical workflows.
*This role does require you to be onsite 3-4days aweek.*
Responsibilities
6. Performance management: Partnerwith business stakeholders to drive unit, revenue, grossmarginand market share targets.Be aninfluential financepartner using data-drivenanalytics and deep business/competeunderstanding todistil actionable insights.Drive accountability throughfocus onkey business drivers,understanding of past results / future trendsand implications vs. target.
7. Investment Optimization:Develop and implement investment frameworksto ensure investments are managed in line with strategy, ROI, partner commitments and are coordinated tooptimizestrategic outcomes. Bring agility and thought leadership on how we canrebalance / expand investment in response to market and business opportunities.
8. Financial Planning:Own forecast & outlooks processes for the businesses you support. Drive forecast accuracy,regional stakeholderalignmentand clear & concise feedback loops withworldwide groups.Be an independent voice,using data to verify thebusinessprojections andensure consistency across ourfinancial and business narratives. Communicate complex, data-driven recommendations to business partners, including delivering challenging messages when necessary, and drive consensus on investment strategies and remediationplans.
9. Growth &Transformation:.Contribute to ideation on growth opportunities. Lead financial modeling & investment designwithin the strategic and financial parameters of our business. Partner withbusiness tounderstandmarketdynamics and channeleconomics.
10. Finance Processes and Accountabilities: Overseeandefficientcloseprocess and contribute to an insightfulrhythm of the business (ROB) -providing predictability and transparency through our financial storytelling. Improve efficiency and effectiveness of core finance activities throughthe application of AI andenhanced reporting, automation, process excellence. CreatestrongCulture of Compliance in all interactions.
