Deputy Manager – Domiciliary Care (HR & Rota Lead)
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to support our Registered Manager in running a high-quality domiciliary care service.
About the Role
You will take the lead on rota planning, HR processes, staff assessments, and quality assurance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role includes on-call support and working closely with rota coordinators to deliver safe, effective care.
What We're Looking For
* Level 3 Health & Social Care (minimum; Level 4/5 desirable)
* Previous experience in domiciliary care or management
* Strong IT skills and experience with rostering/care systems
* Confident in HR duties (recruitment, induction, training,supervisions, appraisals, staff support)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Flexible for on-call rota cover
Key Responsibilities
* Support Registered Manager in service delivery
* Manage and support rota coordinators
* Conduct reviews, spot checks & quality audits
* Maintain accurate records and compliance with CQC standards
* Supervise, mentor and support care staff
