CNI Mechanical Engineer - East Midlands Up to £39,500 per annum (depending on experience) 4 on 4 off - days and nights shift pattern includingweekends. (can be further discussed at interview.) We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join the team who will be covering 2 CNI sites in Leicester and Ansty. You will responsible for delivering a reactive and PPM programme of works to the client on a day to day basis. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to: Perform hands-on operations and maintenance which includes all physical and administrative operations tasks, service, and maintenance in accordance with site processes and procedures to ensure the highest levels of uptime, efficiency, and safety without disruption to the business Complete work order requests accurately and on time Respond quickly, using company procedures or emergency operating procedures to facility emergencies Regularly inspect equipment, buildings, safety routes and grounds to check or identify any abnormal or unsafe conditions or faults Troubleshoot, evaluate and recommend system upgrades Escalate issues to facility management appropriately and timely Assist in scheduling and supervising vendors/subcontractors during equipment/systems maintenance and service Provides technical expertise and assistance as required Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with Client About You Experience with Air handling systems and Air conditioning Systems. Experience carrying out PPM andreactive tasks. City & Guilds or NVQ in Mechanical Engineering. Served a full Technical Apprenticeship and hold a technical qualification Trade trained with at least 5 years' experience as a Mechanical Engineer. Gas Safe, F Gas, or equivalent Qualification Desirable Computer Literate specifically with Microsoft Office Experience in working as part of a team whilst having the ability to workindependently Forward thinking with ability to spot potential improvement opportunities Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and client on site.
