Tech Recruiter – Tech, IT, AI & Data
An established recruitment business is seeking an experienced Tech Recruiter to deliver roles across an existing portfolio of Tech, IT, AI and Data clients.
This position focuses on recruitment delivery and client partnership, working with warm, active accounts rather than internal hiring.
The Role
* End-to-end recruitment across Tech, IT, AI & Data roles
* Managing live vacancies for established external clients
* Partnering with clients to understand technical and commercial requirements
* Proactive candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks
* Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
* Managing candidate and client processes through to offer and placement
* Maintaining strong pipelines for repeat and future hiring needs
Requirements
* Experience recruiting Tech / IT / AI / Data roles within an agency environment
* Strong understanding of technical skillsets and hiring markets
* Confident managing client relationships and expectations
* Ability to manage multiple live roles simultaneously
* Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM systems
Package
* Competitive base salary - £30k - 40K
* Uncapped commission structure
