* Manage a varied caseload of personal injury claims efficiently and effectively.

Profile
A successful Personal Injury Solicitor should have:
* Qualified as a solicitor in Scotland with 4+ PQE
* Proven experience in handling personal injury claims.
* Strong knowledge of personal injury law and related procedures.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
* The ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
