Opus Teach is a publicly owned education recruitment agency based in Ipswich. We successfully recruit for all types of supply teachers and temporary education staff, focusing on listening to what schools want from supply staff and managing the expectations of our vetted supply candidates.
We operate from 7am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, and have a unique online booking system that allows schools to book wherever and whenever. A Bury St Edmunds based school is in need of a Drama Teacher to teach across all secondary year groups on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities
* Be responsible for the learning and progress of all students in allocated classes, ensuring equality of opportunity for all
* Treat students with dignity, build relationships based on mutual respect, and always observe boundaries appropriate to a teacher's professional position
* Be responsible and accountable for achieving the highest possible standards in pupils/students' work and conduct in lessons
* Work collaboratively and effectively with learners, other staff, parents/carers, governors, and external agencies in the best interests of students
* Take responsibility for safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school
Requirements
* Successful previous teaching experience
* A passion for teaching and the ability to deliver the best teaching standards
* The ability to teach using a wide variety of strategies to maximise achievement for all students
