5. Provide legal advice on risk mitigation areas such as credit facilities to Appointed Representatives and product manufacturer-distributor terms.
6. Draft template agreements and communications for customer-facing interactions in regulated mortgage or insurance advice processes.

Knowledge and Expertise

1. Understanding of the financial services industry, operating within regulatory requirements to achieve business objectives and good customer outcomes.
2. Experience leading understanding of data regulatory requirements and emerging risks in data, technology, and cyber domains, with ability to communicate technical subjects effectively.
3. Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, gaining credibility across the Group.
4. Attention to detail, pragmatic approach, and enthusiasm for achieving excellent business results.
5. England and Wales qualified lawyer (minimum 5 years PQE) with experience in financial services, data privacy, contracts, IT services, outsourcing, and distribution.
6. Experience operating a data privacy by design and default framework and interpreting insurance contracts within a risk management context.
