No classroom experience? Not a problem. What matters most is your energy, your resilience, and your ability to lead a group. We'll support you with training, guidance, and the chance to gain experience in schools before you get started. You'll step into lessons when teachers are unavailable, keeping things structured and on track. Your role will involve: - Delivering lessons using pre-prepared materials - Keeping students focused, engaged, and productive - Managing behaviour calmly and consistently - Following school expectations and routines - Providing feedback to teaching staff If you've ever thought about teaching - or just want a role where no two days are the same - this is a great way to get started. You'll gain first-hand classroom experience, build confidence leading groups, and develop skills that transfer into a wide range of careers.
