Senior Manager - TMT, Commercial Due Diligence

A leading intercontinental strategy boutique is seeking a Senior Manager to join its London office, with a focus on Telecoms, Media and Technology. This is a key growth hire as the firm continues to invest in and scale its European platform, building out capability and deepening its presence in the market. Joining an established and internationally connected business, you will play a central role in the next phase of expansion. The role offers exposure to complex strategy and transaction projects for corporate and investor clients globally.

The Role

You will lead and deliver high-impact strategy, commercial due diligence projects across the TMT landscape.

Working closely with senior colleagues, you will take ownership of project delivery from initial hypothesis through to final recommendations. You will manage teams of consultants and analysts, ensuring high-quality output under tight timelines. The role combines rigorous analysis with senior stakeholder engagement and clear, evidence-based communication.

Projects are often fast paced and intellectually demanding, with responsibility from day one. Whilst predominantly this will help build the foundations for the London office, there may be opportunities for further European and South American travel depending on client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the delivery of complex strategy projects.
• Manage project teams, ensuring quality, structure and timely delivery.
• Provide robust, data-driven analysis to support commercial decision making.
• Develop clear, concise and impactful client presentations.
• Work with corporate, private equity, infrastructure and sovereign wealth fund clients.
• Contribute to considerable business development, thought leadership and practice growth.

Candidate Profile

• Several years’ experience in strategy or management consulting, with a track record of delivering transaction-related projects.
• Experience across strategy, commercial due diligence and value creation.
• Heavy exposure to Telecoms, Media or Technology sectors.
• Strong analytical capability and structured problem solving skills.
• Confident managing teams and engaging senior stakeholders.
• You are intellectually curious, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership. You enjoy solving complex problems and can translate analysis into clear, practical recommendations.
• Bilinguality is a desirable.
