Responsibilities
:
1. Managing commercial aspects of water sector projects (clean & wastewater)
2. Working under NEC contracts
3. Supporting or leading cost management, valuations, and variations
4. Liaising with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
5. Assisting with financial reporting and forecasting
6. Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and contractual requirements
Requirements:
7. Experience working as an AQS or QS
8. Strong knowledge of NEC contracts
9. Previous experience in the water sector (clean or wastewater preferred)
10. Good commercial awareness and negotiation skills
11. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
