Our Building Services team are looking for an Deputy Performance Manager to join the team on-site at Mansfield King's Mill Hospital. The purpose of the role will be to report to ensure all statutory and mandatory compliance maintenance is completed on time and records/certificates are kept up to date in line with the contractual requirements. Ensure the management of risk based monitoring will be a key aspect of the role with responsibility to manage both internal and external stakeholders to maintain statutory compliance at all times. You'll: Produce all monthly reports to include but not limited to the Monthly Performance Monitoring Report and Project Review Document. Develop and implement effective monitoring and audit system to analyse and measure performance. Carry out Jeopardy management of the Payment Mechanism to reduce penalties and service failure points against the contract. Develop and be responsible for maintaining systems that ensure and demonstrate compliance with all regulatory, statutory, and best practice standards. Ensure that all Statutory/Mandatory and contractual records are always kept up to date. Co-ordinate with Project Co in relation to Risk Based Monitoring and evidencing compliance as appropriate. Produce reports appertaining to operational/compliance. Undertake regular audits of records and processes to ensure they remain in line with contractual requirements. Work with relevant managers ensure that any risks of non-compliance are identified and mitigated and reported in accordance with procedures and regulations. Monitor the closure of both reactive and PPM tasks to ensure they are closed accurately and in a timely manner. Analyse payment Mechanism trends/pattern Undertake any other reasonable tasks and duties relevant to the post and grade as may be determined by Line Manager. We're looking for: Must be extremely well organised, process driven, self-motivated, flexible with ability to work under own initiative, under pressure to tight deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail. Have a high standard of customer care skills, have a pleasant manner, and can interact with internal and external contacts at all levels, displaying a professional attitude at all times. Possess excellent IT skills and be proficient in Excel to include formulas for data analysis. Have a full UK driving licence and access to own car. Be able to work flexibly to meet the demands of the service especially at peak times.
