TP Tutors is seeking knowledgeable and compassionate tutors in Dorchester to deliver individualised support to students with Special Educational Needs.
This role is ideal for professionals who value a personalised approach to education and want to help learners overcome barriers in a supportive, one-to-one setting.

Hours: Flexible – Part-Time or Full-Time
Role: SEN Tutor
Main Responsibilities
* Provide tailored tuition in Maths and/or English based on each student’s needs
* Support learners with a variety of additional needs, including SEMH and autism
* Develop creative strategies to maintain engagement and encourage progress
* Establish a structured and nurturing learning environment
* Track development and adjust sessions to support ongoing improvement
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children or young people with additional needs
* Ability to deliver well-structured and engaging lessons
* Based locally or able to travel within the Dorchester area
* A calm, patient, and adaptable approach
* Understanding of safeguarding and inclusive teaching practices
