3 x 15-hour shifts per week (7:30am - 10:30pm)

We're looking for dedicated and resilient Children's Residential Support Worker to join our caring and committed team at a children's residential home in Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex. Rota
* 3 x 15-hour shifts per week
* Shift time: 7:30am - 10:30pm
* Stable and consistent rota pattern for a great work-life balance
Key Responsibilities
* Building positive relationships and acting as a trusted adult for young people
* Supporting children with daily routines, activities, and emotional wellbeing
* Promoting independence, life skills, and positive behaviour
* Recording accurate logs, reports, and contributing to care planning
* Collaborating with your team and professionals to ensure high-quality care
What We\'re Looking For
* Experience working with children or young people (residential experience desirable)
* Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)
* Compassionate, reliable, and confident in challenging situations
* Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
* Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
