The Role
We’re seeking talented graduates to join our Structural Engineering team in Newark and Milton Keynes. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to the design and delivery of infrastructure projects that respond to the challenges of urban growth, sustainability, and resilience.
Your Impact In This Position
* Support the technical delivery of projects across the full lifecycle—from concept design to construction.
* Collaborate across disciplines, attend client meetings and site visits, and produce technical drawings and calculations that meet industry standards.
* Build the skills, confidence, and experience needed to progress toward chartership and beyond.

Your Pathway
You’ll be assigned a location, cost centre, line manager, and a ‘home’ technical discipline based on qualifications and business needs. If you wish to explore a different discipline at the end of the programme, we’ll consider this based on interests and business requirements.
Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Partnership
Access the CMI Foundation Chartered Manager pathway through flexible, online Bite‑Size programs covering topics such as Managing Change, Leading in a Digital Age, Conflict Resolution, Project Management, and Data‑Driven Decision Making.
Application and Selection Process
* Submit an up‑to‑date CV detailing academic background, relevant experience, and motivation for joining the programme.
* Initial screening, online assessment evaluating key competencies and problem‑solving skills.
* Final assessment – in‑person interview or assessment centre depending on location and discipline.
* Closing date for applications in this round: 30th November 2025.
