You will play a key role in monitoring and reporting performance across all FM services, ensuring contractual and operational standards are consistently met.
On a day-to-day basis, the Compliance Manager will be responsible for collating and interpreting data, producing accurate reports, and working closely with Operations and Service Managers to drive improvements.
Responsibilities include:
1. Ensure site compliance at all times
2. Monitor and check audit scores
3. Manage health and safety requirements
4. Produce client and H&S reports
5. Oversee and manage the Helpdesk service
6. Present reports confidently to stakeholders
