Key Responsibilities: Liaising with clients, lenders, and solicitors to progress mortgage applications. Ensuring all required documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner. Managing application pipelines and keeping all stakeholders updated. Handling client queries efficiently and professionally. Maintaining compliance with FCA regulations and company standards. Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the wider team. About You: To succeed in this role, you will need: A minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage administration. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in mortgage CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
