The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, youll be the face of our company, visiting customer sites across the UK to replace and swap out retail IT devices. Youll be responsible for delivering high-quality service, maintaining van stock, and ensuring all procedures and documentation are followed precisely.
This is a mobile role requiring significant driving, so aclean driving licence is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform on-site swap outs of IT equipment in line with customer contracts.
* Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times.
* Collect parts from courier depots as needed.
* Manage and audit van stock regularly.
* Follow strict procedures for parts handling and returns.
* Support project installations and business needs.
* Use company call management systems effectively.
* Complete all paperwork to customer specifications.
* Adhere to health and safety protocols on-site.
* Attend training and meetings at Head Office when required.
