Reports to a Senior Client Relationship Manager
This exciting role is within a larger team administering a single large client (the Client).
The purpose of this position is to administer a limited portfolio of Fund structures in conjunction with the Senior Client Relationship Manager – Administration.
Key responsibilities:
1. Act as first point of contact for the Client
2. Co-ordinate legal, tax and other professional advice
3. Develop and maintain the Operational Procedures Manuals and ISAE checklist templates for client relationships
4. Attend and minute client board meetings and shareholders meetings
5. Ensure the preparation, review, distribution and filing of periodic financial statements on a timely basis and in accordance with regulatory guidelines
6. Act as “B” level 4-eyes signatory on administration matters, ensuring that company policy and professional and regulatory guidelines are adhered to and that a professional quality service is provided to the Client and outside contacts
7. Assist with billing information for the Client including analysis of time spent, including the management of aged debtors
8. Supervise and assist in the training and development of staff and participate in the appraisal process for members of staff
Skills, knowledge, expertise:
9. The candidate should hold a relevant professional qualification (ICSA Diploma level or equivalent).
10. The candidate is required to have proven financial services experience.
11. Strong technical financial services knowledge (to be supported through the Aztec Academy).
12. Some people management experience.
13. Evidence of managing a small client relationship or part of a major client relationship.
