Salary: £62,000 – £72,000 + Package

A well‑established regional contractor delivering projects across Bournemouth, Hampshire and the surrounding areas is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their leadership team. The business specialises in schemes ranging from £250k to £4m, operating across themercial, healthcare and leisure sectors, with a reputation for high‑quality delivery and long‑standing client relationships.

Role OverviewThe successful candidate will take responsibility for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each scheme is delivered safely, efficiently and to thepany’s high standards. This role requires amercially aware, organised and proactive leader capable of managing teams, clients and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage several live projects across the Bournemouth and Hampshire region
2. Ensure programmes are met and projects are delivered within budget and to quality standards
3. Provide leadership and support to Site Managers and project teams
4. Maintain strongmunication with clients, themercial team and supply chain partners
5. Oversee project reporting, progress meetings and risk management
6. Ensure fullpliance withpany procedures and Health & Safety regulations
Candidate Requirements
7. Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager within a main contracting environment
8. Track record delivering projects up to £4million across relevant sectors
9. Strongmercial awareness and understanding of construction processes
10. Excellent leadership, organisational andmunication skills
11. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and maintain high standards throughout

12. £60,000 – £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)
