What you’ll be doing
1. Promote a collaborative team environment with open communication, uphold company values, and encourage a positive workplace.
2. Manage and coach colleagues to achieve targets and maintain health and safety standards through effective performance conversations.
3. Work collaboratively within the Argos Warehouse (LFC) to deliver outstanding site results and KPI performance.
4. Plan resources, and ensure stock accuracy and security using forecasts and trends.
