Middlesbrough/Darlington area (site-based) with flexible working available
3. Contract: 2 to 3 months initially but with opportunity to go longer
4. Rate:
Experience Required
5. Proven track record in design management on large-scalemercial or mixed-use projects
6. Experience working with Tier 1/tier 2 main contractors
7. Strong understanding of UK building regulations, technical design, and consultant coordination
8. Background in architecture, engineering, or construction management
9. Confident in managing design deliverables and working within fast-paced project environments.
