What You’ll Actually Do (aka the bits you already smash)
* Handle onboarding docs and LOAs with your eyes closed
* Keep client records spotless and up to date in Intelligent Office (IO)
* Chase providers like a pro (without sounding like one)
* Support paraplanners and advisers so they can do their best work
* Keep clients updated, professionally, clearly, and on time
* Track applications, invoices, and workflows like a hawk
What You’ll Get

Who You Are
* You’ve got 3+ years in financial admin
* You’re organised, accurate, and know what a compliant file should look like
* You’re confident with Outlook, Word, Excel, and ideally IO
* You get a buzz from helping advisers stay ahead not playing catch-up
