Retail Shift Manager Part Time (Part Time)

Responsibilities
* Manage operations within your store and oversee colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly.
* Provide our customers with the very best experience every time they visit your store.
* Demonstrate passion and thrive as a key part of the store team.
* Adopt a proactive and encouraging approach to help colleagues develop themselves and improve store operations.
