Due to continued business growth, we have a new opportunity for Workshop Manager/Supervisor to be an integral part of our workshop team providing administrative support. In the role you will be: Managing and coordinating all workshop activities, ensuring efficient workflow and timely job completion. Supporting, motivating, and developing a team of engineers. Monitoring productivity, quality control, and adherence to health and safety regulations Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations Tracking KPIs, preparing reports, and implement continuous improvement initiatives Processing orders, invoices, and supplier communications efficiently.
