Project ownership identify and lead projects that improve the way we communicate and engage with our people Build Strong Relationships Manage relationships and collaborate with teams such as People & Culture, Technology & Data, Learning & Development, Health & Safety and operational functions. Coordinate regular stakeholder check-ins and ensure actions are followed up. Manage Internal Channels Oversee internal communication platforms, including SharePoint and ContactMonkey, creating visually engaging emails, newsletters and intranet content that keeps colleagues informed and connected. Create and Analyse Content Source, produce and distribute compelling content for internal and external audiences, monitor engagement through metrics and surveys, and use insights to drive improvements. Enhance Employer Brand Maintain and develop careers pages, share people stories and culture updates, and support initiatives that attract new talent and showcase our employer value proposition. Experience / Knowledge: 35 years of experience in a communications, PR, or marketing role. Confident and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Excellent writing skills, with a strong ability to distil complex information into clear, engaging messages. Proven track record of effectively engaging internal and external target audiences.
