We are currently recruiting experienced Call Centre Agents to join our friendly and fast-paced office in Telford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for confident communicators who enjoy speaking with customers and achieving results in a positive team environment.
This is not a hard sales role
- Your main responsibility will be booking free home survey appointments for our field representatives.
The Role:
- Contacting customers to discuss our free insulation survey service.
- Booking appointments for our survey team.
- Updating customer records accurately.
- Working towards individual and team performance targets.
- Delivering excellent customer service on every call.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous telemarketing, telesales, call centre, or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
What We Offer:

- Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm - £12.71 per hour.
