As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, recommending, and defining business requirements to implement new business models and enhance existing processes, products, and services.
What you will be doing:
* Working with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements
* Defining project delivery schedules with the IT Project Manager and Business Partners
* Analyzing existing business processes and identifying areas for improvement
* Preparing and delivering business/technology change proposals to stakeholders with comprehensive risk and impact assessments
* Building and maintaining relationships with internal IT teams and third-party suppliers
* Developing training materials and conducting training sessions for end users
* Overseeing implementation of approved process improvements across the business and IT
* Developing end-to-end test cases to ensure robust applications and services
What we are looking for:
* A proven background in Business Analysis
* Excellent understanding of IT processes and related skills
* Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
* Proven experience managing a multi-project portfolio
* Previous experience in Retail, Logistics, FMCG, Manufacturing, or CPG (preferred)
